We advise clients about current tax laws and tax procedure, including gifting, deductions, valuation discounts, beneficial tax elections, and other tax return preparation strategies. We prepare estate and trust accountings for fiduciaries and beneficiaries.

Bryan MacCormack offers representation to individuals and business owners that have issues with the IRS that need to be resolved. He previously held tax consultant positions for Deloitte & Touche and American Express. Bryan was a former Assistant District Attorney in Florida and was lead counsel in many successful jury trials. He has a master’s degree in tax law (L.L.M.) from Boston University Law School. He has obtained many favorable settlements for clients in cases before the IRS, the Appeals Office, the United States Tax Court, the Massachusetts Department of Revenue, and the Massachusetts Appellate Tax Board.
